Following up from my last pic here: [link] I wanted to show just how MUCH of a difference a full paint job makes on this sculpt.
I might have gone a bit overboard on the paint wash around the eyes. I don't believe Freddy sported red all around them In part 5 really but mainly I wanted to show just how much detail comes out with a simple dry brushed and paint washed finish. Around the brow area alone you catch more details and pitted skin and that little crease of skin in the middle. His cheeks and the chin details below his lips also really stand out more and adds depth to the sculpt whereas before the sculpt looks flat.

This is amazing! Do you mind if I ask what brand of paint you used/use? I've sometimes been tempted to 'touch up' some of my figures, but was never sure which acrylic paints might be better than others. Maybe NECA will release an 'Ultimate" version of this guy down the road. This iteration isn't that popular, but it's the one I grew up with, so I've always had a fondness for 'old man' Freddy, ha ha.
